How does shipping work?
We work with several shipping carriers and choose the best option depending on the product. Many of our products are shipped by freight forwarder, who will contact you to notify you of a delivery date. For products produced to order, delivery times may vary.
Part of our logistics are handled directly from Germany, which allows for shorter shipping routes and, in many cases, faster delivery times. Depending on the manufacturer, warehouse location and selected product, the shipping time may vary - detailed information can be found on the product page or on request from our customer service.
If you have any questions, we are always happy to help you - personally, uncomplicated and reliable.
What about shipping costs?
🇩🇪 Germany:
From an order value of €1,000, shipping is completely free of charge for you - regardless of product type or size.
🇪🇺 EU countries:
We also offer free shipping to many European countries from €1,000. The exact conditions may vary slightly depending on the product, country of delivery and freight forwarding partner – our customer service will be happy to provide you with detailed information.
Tip: Sign up for our newsletter – this will allow you to receive exclusive discounts on a regular basis, which can also be used to save on shipping costs, among other things.
Goal for the future: We are actively working to be able to offer you completely free shipping throughout Europe in the future - fair, transparent and without hidden additional costs.
What payment options are available?
You can easily pay with the usual credit cards, giro cards or with PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. If you pay in advance, we offer you a 3% discount. For larger orders, please contact us for down payments or purchase on account.

Are the products originals?
Yes, we only sell 100% original branded products – directly from the manufacturer or authorized distributors.
All products in our range come from selected design brands and are offered without intermediaries or replication risk. Quality, origin and authenticity are the top priorities at Verus Living.
Does Verus Living offer a white glove or assembly service?
Yes – on request, we offer both a white-glove service and an assembly service on delivery.
This premium service includes delivery to the desired location, unpacking, assembly and environmentally friendly disposal of the packaging material.
Is there a Verus Living showroom?
Not yet – but we are working on it at full speed.
We currently do not have a brick-and-mortar showroom in Mallorca. The idea of making our high-quality design pieces come alive not only online, but also on site is very close to our hearts. That's why we are already actively looking for a suitable property in order to be able to offer you a stylish Verus Living experience in our own showroom in the future.
Does Verus Living offer rental solutions for events, trade fairs or exhibitions?
As a rule, we do not currently offer temporary rentals.
Our focus is currently on selling high-quality design pieces. Nevertheless, we are examining the possibility of offering a rental service for events, trade fairs or temporary installations in the future.
There may already be exceptions for certain manufacturers or special requests.
Feel free to contact us with the details of your project – we will check individually whether a solution is possible.
Our customer service is always there for you and will advise you personally on possible special conditions or cooperations.
