The Vela Sofa by Vondom is characterized by its modular system and elemental prismatic geometry, which offers a unique balance in proportions. The individual elements can be combined to fit perfectly into any environment. With precisely designed volumes, the sofa appears to float a few centimeters above the ground, enhancing the impression of floating architecture when illuminated.

Material Gestell: Hochwertiges Aluminium, das mit einer mikroperforierten Aluminiumplatte verschweißt ist. Diese Platte wird durch Ausstanzen des Materials hergestellt und ahmt die Geometrie des traditionellen Rohrgeflechts der mediterranen Handwerkskunst nach.

Material Polsterung: Die voluminösen Kissen bestehen aus einer Polyurethan-Schaumstoffunterlage und einer Triafill-Mikrofaserauflage, die ein weiches Gefühl ähnlich dem von Memory-Schaumstoff bieten. Diese Kombination gewährleistet Atmungsaktivität und Langlebigkeit im Außenbereich.
